The layout of the app is awesome, but it's a shake it rarely ever works. Viewing options chains always produce an error and it says to try again later. Modifying an order, same issue. Even trying to log in, causes an error. The app seems to be riddled with errors, making it pretty useless. Which is a shame because the layout is great. Desjardins should put more effort into the app to make it useable and they'll have a fantastic overall brokerage application.

Terrible service à la clientèle, j'ai été trois journées entières en attente au téléphone pour annuler une demande de conversion. Ça devrait être possible d'annuler ces demandes par nous-mêmes. Je me demande s'il y a réellement des employés qui répondent au téléphone, j'ai seulement réussi à avoir une réponse une semaine plus tard par courriel.
